Welcome! I’m so happy you’ve taken the first step to explore how therapy can benefit your journey.

I am a psychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, holding a Master’s degree in Social Services from Bryn Mawr College. Although my credentials are valuable, I believe my life experiences provide the greatest means of understanding myself and others. I have found gratitude through loss, strength through challenge, and hope through vulnerability.  My experiences have afforded me a variety of interconnected identities: in my practice, I draw directly from my roles as a woman, a mother, a partner, a daughter, a friend, a student, and a change-maker. Our identities impact our experiences and construct our realities. Feelings are real but they’re not always factual; we have the power to shift our direction. Pain often allows us to love more and stress sometimes leads to new pathways of success and growth.

I am inspired to help people reframe their thinking to live their most purposeful and best lives. I believe therapy provides an everlasting impact and remain honored to hold space for those who experience stress, grief, depression, and anxiety.

My Therapeutic Approach

My relational approach is rooted in empathy and integration, combining psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, strengths-based, and attachment perspectives. I’m committed to understanding the holistic nature of each individual, and working with people to find pathways of growth and healing. Through warmth and empowerment, I aim to cultivate a sanctuary of exploration – a non-judgmental environment where clients can dialogue openly, finding clarity, insights, and self-compassion.

Areas of Specialty

I work with a broad range of concerns including anxiety, depression, professional challenges, life transitions, and grief and loss. Additionally, my specialties are in the following areas:

  • Perinatal Mental Health: Fertility, infertility, loss, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. I have a certificate of completion in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders from Postpartum Support International.

  • LGBTQIA+: Whether you’re navigating the coming out process, exploring your sexuality or gender identity, or helping to support a loved one, my commitment to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community is a cornerstone of my practice. I provide a safe and affirming space where you can explore your unique identity and journey.

  • College Students: With over two decades of experience working on college campuses, I understand the unique challenges that college students face. From academic pressures to navigating personal growth and independence, I offer guidance and support tailored to the specific needs of college-aged individuals.
