I am a relational-based therapist, helping individuals to identify and understand their patterns of thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My integrative therapeutic approach combines mainly psychodynamic, mindfulness, and attachment perspectives. When helpful, I incorporate meditation practices to help individuals identify their needs, creating space for their needs to be met while releasing old patterns of self-judgment. I also provide solution-based therapy for individuals seeking more short-term treatment.   

The most powerful relationship you have is with yourself.

The greatest gift you can give yourself is to embrace the power to be you without reservation. I work from a place of empowerment, helping people to navigate their internal struggles while restoring hope in themselves to eventually reach their inner contentment. Together, we will explore one’s relationship with self and others while working to strengthen coping skills and individual growth.

My goal is to provide a non-judgmental space of support and compassion for you, helping to build trust in me, yourself and others.
